SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide, and we offer a FREE economy shipping option at checkout.

Orders are packed and shipped on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Zhejiang, China.

Items are normally shipped via Direct Line Tracked Packet, or China Post ePacket, or DHL eCommerce within 2 to 5 business days of when the order was placed. A carrier called Yanwen will come and pick up our packages daily except Sundays.

Please make sure you are inputting the correct address at checkout. Incomplete or improper addresses delay receipt of your product and could incur reshipping charges. Your phone number or email address helps us reach you in the event there is a problem.

Transit time for international shipments is 8-15 days on average.

Please note we are not responsible for any customs duties that may be incurred.

DUTIES: THESE ARE IMPORT TAXES LEVIED ON PURCHASES BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT. THIS IS NOT A PART OF SHIPPING AND IS COLLECTED BY CUSTOMS IN YOUR COUNTRY. LEGALLY WE CAN NOT FUDGE THE NUMBERS OR LIST MERCHANDISE AS A GIFT.

Please include your phone number with ALL international orders so that you can be notified by Customs for any anomalies or duties due on your order.

For those who need our item(s) faster. We also offer Standard (Expedited) shipping, we base shipping amounts off the weight and size and where you are located (orders ship from Zhejiang, China).

Potential shipping method for standard shipping includes FedEx and DHL. Generally a 10 USD flat rate shall be collected at checkout. For orders total amount over US$89 we’ll ship by DHL or FedEx for FREE.

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your shipment once it’s shipped. An email shall be sent to your mailbox, which includes a tracking number.
